Our roots
The Crichton
Country Club
It started behind a grocery counter in Crichton in the thirties. By 1971 Mack Flowers Sr. and Margarete had opened the restaurant that became a Mobile landmark, and the locals gave it the name.
The doors closed in 2004, but the recipes, the technique and the love of good seafood kept getting passed down. Four generations on, they are back.
